    It's not possible.

     

    However, you can log in from another PC or mobile device after logging out from the current one.

    Please prioritize using the Chrome browser.

    Please try logging in again in 30 minutes.

  • [Course registeration] Where can I check the course registration details

    After logging into the website,

    you can check your course registration status through "My course status"

  • [Education] How can I receive the certificate of completion?

    1. Complete the course after logging in.

    2. Press the "Print certificate of completion" button.

     

  • [Education] How long is the validity period for the education?

    The validity period of the education is one year.

    It doesn't matter if it expires while you are onboard;

    if it expires during your time onboard, you can take the course again before your next embarkation after disembarking

    Due to the operation policy of our site, we do not change the ID.

    Important information such as learning and exams that you used is stored, so errors in the system are kept.
    To prevent it as much as possible, we do not change the ID you registered once.
